Extended rememberMe functionality
Three key updates make self-service more personal and intuitive:
- Choose receipt preference – Patrons can now select whether to receive a printed, emailed, or no receipt at all. seamless checkout flow, especially valuable for visually impaired users who do not require printed receipts.
- Simplified setup via libraryConnect LINK.
Support for AudioNav accessibility device
quickConnect now supports the Storm AudioNav tactile keypad, improving kiosk accessibility for patrons with visual impairments.
This update aligns with the EAA Directive 2019/882 and introduces valuable accessibility benefits across all markets.
Winter icon set for the home screen
A new winter-themed icon collection refreshes the kiosk interface with a playful, seasonal design. These icons are designed for short-term use, combining visual warmth with clear, accessible imagery suitable for all patrons.
Springshare LibCal events
Libraries using Springshare can now display LibCal events directly within quickConnect.
Event details update automatically, and patrons can browse upcoming events or register instantly through the LibCal-generated QR code — no staff updates or manual entry required.
